Today's children encounter diverse challenges, whether at school, home, or during sports competitions. At PEBBLE, we firmly believe that Yoga & Mindfulness can be effectively taught from an early age to help children sustainably navigate life's stressors. Our programs introduce embodied mindfulness exercises to children, youth, and teens within their established learning and practice environments.
PEBBLE offers yoga and mindfulness classes tailored to meet each child at their individual level. We provide a safe space for youth and teens to centre themselves in a supportive, joyful, and developmentally responsive manner. Our engaging program is the culmination of years of research and training by registered & certified children's yoga instructor, Kasia Thesen.
